Flutter Kanpur
It started as just an idea.
Not a fully planned event. Not a perfectly structured vision. Just a simple thought — what if we could build something meaningful for the developer community in Kanpur? Something that goes beyond meetups and webinars. Something people don’t just attend, but experience.
That thought became Framework 1.0.
In the beginning, it was just conversations. Those conversations turned into intent, intent into planning, and planning into execution. From shaping a two-day event to securing speakers, partners, and participants, every step came with its own challenges.
There were doubts.
Will people show up? Can we pull this off? Is Kanpur ready?
But belief outweighed doubt.
Weeks of effort followed — late-night calls, constant coordination, outreach, design iterations, and problem-solving. Every detail mattered.
And then, it came together.
Framework 1.0 saw 298 tickets sold and 120+ hackathon participants — turning an idea into a full-scale tech experience.
Day 1: Build
The hackathon set the tone.
Over 120 participants came together to build, not just compete. Ideas were pitched, teams collaborated, and the space transformed into a live builder’s environment.
It wasn’t just about coding — it was about solving real problems, working under pressure, and turning ideas into prototypes.
Mentorship helped teams refine and improve in real time. By the end, what stood out wasn’t just the outcomes, but the journey of building, failing, and improving.
Day 2: Tech Conference
With nearly 300 attendees, the conference brought together developers, students, and speakers under one roof.
This wasn’t passive participation. Sessions became discussions, and discussions turned into connections.
Beyond Numbers
While the numbers reflect scale, the real impact goes deeper.
Framework became a space where:
- Builders created their first projects
- Students connected with industry experts
- Developers found like-minded people
- Ideas turned into execution
It created momentum.

What people experienced in two days was built over weeks.
Logistics, coordination, last-minute challenges — nothing was easy. But that’s what made it real. Not perfection, but consistent effort.
